HOW MUCH HAPPIER COULD YOU BE WITH A LITTLE MORE GRATITUDE EACH DAY?
2020 has been quite the year for all of us, hasn’t it? A pandemic, a racial reckoning (here in the U.S.), devastating fires and storms, and the fact that life is so uncertain staring us right in the face. In the midst of it all, though, I know that it’s possible to feel the heaviness of what’s unfolding AND also allow ourselves to feel gratitude for what’s going well in our world. The two are not mutually exclusive!
This November 1st-10th I’m offering my annual FREE Fall Gratitude Challenge again - updated to reflect the unique challenges we’re facing in these times. Each day you’ll receive a short email from me that looks like this that will include one simple thing each day you can do to cultivate more gratitude in your life.
The research is clear that grateful people and those who practice gratitude on a regular basis experience amazing benefits: reduced stress, greater happiness, increased optimism, just to name a few. Seriously, if I could distill all the benefits of gratitude and sell them in a capsule form I would be a billionaire! “Vitamin G” has been such an integral part of my own life for the last 25 years. I’d love to support you in making gratitude a part of your life, too.
I’ll be offering simple, easy ways you can infuse more appreciation into each day. By the end of these 10 days, you’ll begin to notice shifts in your mood and your outlook on life!
Each day you’ll receive a little gratitude “love note” from me in your email inbox.
The emails will include:
A short reflection or inspiring quote/poem
An invitation to do a short activity that day that will help you be more mindful and grateful
Want to take the Challenge to the next level? I’ll also be creating a private Facebook group and would love to have you join us there (totally optional!) I’ll offer Facebook Live teachings once a week and you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences with others participants. Again, totally optional to join the Facebook Group… you’ll get a ton out of the Challenge whether you join us there or not.
