I’ve been a student of personal growth and the human experience for as long as I can remember. I love supporting people along their own paths of personal growth and helping individuals cultivate the beneficial practices and healthy habits that support them in being who they authentically want to be.
I teach a variety of courses on mindfulness, mindful self-compassion, gratitude and happiness. Some of my courses are in person in Durango, Colorado and some are online. You can learn more about the 20-hour Mindful Life Program Foundations course I teach here.
