Begin the new decade with renewal, transformation and connection.

 

Join me in the tropical paradise of Hawaii next January for a week of nourishing renewal, transformation and connection. As a seasoned life coach and mindfulness teacher I’ll be guiding our small group through a week of learning life-changing tools and practices I’ve mastered myself and love to teach and share.

During our retreat you’ll learn:

  • Meditation and mindfulness practices to help reduce stress and cultivate greater inner peace

  • What does (and does not) support your genuine happiness

  • How expressing gratitude daily is one of the most direct paths to happiness there is, and

  • How knowing and living your deepest values can bring more ease to making major life decisions and fuel your overall wellbeing.

Each morning, after gentle yoga and a healthy breakfast, we’ll spend time diving into this powerful alchemy of practices and learning new habits which research has shown contribute to greater levels of happiness.

Afternoons will be a time to reflect and relax or engage in outings and activities. Imagine naps in the hammock, time to read or journal, or diving into one of the special island activities I’ve planned for our group: excursions to the beach, trips to local waterfalls, cacao ceremony and chocolate tasting, and hula lessons.

All afternoon activities are optional, you get to choose the level of your “pause” and how much you would like to participate in.  And if a massage or healing session during our afternoon time sounds more your speed? No problem. That can be arranged.

Each evening I’ll lead us through a special candlelight guided meditation to end our days as the cocqui frogs serenade us in the background.

Magic, and profound healing and transformation, can happen when you take the time to pause and nourish yourself.

Powerful new connections are made. New insights and clarity emerge. Greater spaciousness allows you to integrate new, nurturing habits into your life. Especially in Hawaii where “island time” sets the pace.

What's Included

The retreat begins with a short orientation at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 19th followed by dinner and wraps up after breakfast on Saturday, January 25th.

 

The following is included in your all-inclusive retreat fee:

  • Transportation to and from the Hilo airport & to any offsite outings and activities throughout the week. You’ll be picked up and dropped off at the airport and any needed transportation throughout the week is provided. Should you decide to rent a car for travel before or after the retreat, there will be plenty of space to park it at the retreat.

  • 7 Days/6 Nights Lodging - Private Accommodation in a beautiful home along the Wailuku River in Hilo. Imagine waking each day to the sound of tropical breezes and gently flowing water.  

  • Delicious, healthy, farm-to-table meals. Utilizing locally-sourced ingredients, all organic when available, our chef will lovingly prepare our meals utilizing locally-sourced ingredients and the islands as inspiration. Special dietary needs easily accommodated.

  • Morning Yoga – Begin each day before breakfast with gentle yoga on the beautiful lanai of our retreat home.

  • Group Coaching & Mindfulness Workshops – Five sessions where I will be sharing powerful coaching tools and key mindfulness practices to help you deepen into your own inner wisdom and genuine happiness.

  • Plenty of Free Time – Each afternoon after lunch there will be abundant free time to pause, reflect, or relax with a nap in the hammock.

  • Carefully Curated Island Experiences. I’ve been spending time on the Big Island for a decade now and love sharing the Hawaiian culture and  its most special spots with others! I’ve prepared a unique selection of afternoon activities and Hawaiian adventures including a Hula Lesson, Lei Making Class, and Cacao Ceremony with yummy chocolate tasting. We’ll also get out into nature and go to a local waterfall and visit a beautiful black sand beach where sea turtles swim. All activities are totally optional.

  • Evening Candlelight Guided Meditation – A great way to unwind and end your day.

I’m a Certified Mindfulness Teacher and a Master Certified Retreat Coach who has been leading transformational retreats since 2006.

I’ve worked with thousands of clients over the years: supporting them through big life challenges and in successfully reaching their goals. I’m passionate about supporting people on their paths of growth and transformation and helping them lead happier, more fulfilled lives.

My clients consistently tell me I’m one of the few people they feel genuinely safe sharing their most vulnerable and true selves with. I am a master at creating safe space so people feel able to share what’s in their heart and feel seen and accepted for exactly who they are. It’s one of the things I do best.
